(October 16, 2009) &amp;ndash; The Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP) recognized Florida&amp;rsquo;s top chambers of commerce throughout the state for their outstanding achievement and dedication to the industry at the 89th annual leadership conference held October 14, 2009 in Orlando. 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    In, 2003, FACP implemented the distinction of Florida Certified Chamber to recognize standards of professional excellence in Florida. The Certified Chamber of Commerce program identify chambers who have met high standards and strengthened free enterprise by protecting the business environment. 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    This year, five chambers received this prestigious certification;&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.

    &lt;br /&gt;
    The Certified Chamber of Commerce program is designed to promote the public awareness of the intent of the Chamber of Commerce brand as a not for profit community development based business membership organization.&lt;/font&gt;

    &lt;font size="2" face="Arial"&gt;Tallahassee, Fla. (October 16, 2009) &amp;ndash; The Florida Association of Chamber Professionals (FACP) installed its 2009-2010 Board of Directors at the 89th annual leadership conference held October 12-14 in Orlando. The Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for overseeing the operations of FACP. 
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    Troy McLellan, President &amp;amp; CEO of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce will replace Kellie Jo Kilberg, President/CEO of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, as the chair of FACP. As chair, McLellan will lead the board and oversee their direction in the coming year.

    &lt;br /&gt;
    The 2009-2010 Board of Directors include:
